The quote is valid for 14 days, but once the order has been received and accepted and on receipt
of your 1/3 deposit, the price remains fixed for three months. The balance
is required on the day of erection.
Deposits will be returned in full at any time, provided work has not started or caused disruption
to the working schedule. In any event, an administration fee may be charged.
The Proprietor may enter property with the purpose of removing any buildings if full payment is
not made.
It is the customers responsibility to provide labour or transport if the site is not accessible
for a 7 1/2 tonne vehicle. further charges will be incurred if not able to keep
to these requirements.
The proprietor
cannot be held responsible for any movement (warping etc) in timber after erection.
However, every effort will be made to ensure that this does not occur.

an electricity outlet is required.

quoted are nominal.
Date
and time for delivery is given as accurately as possible. However circumstances
may arise whereby, for reasons beyond our control, the time of delivery may be extended.
