Delivery & Installations

Delivery Day

On delivery day, our team will need to have precise directions to the site, from a local village landmark or from the nearest motorway junction. We will also need to know of any access issues there maybe to the site. The above is approximate size of the lorry we use so the team will have know if they can get the lorry to the site or will the order need to be carried any distance. You will be told of an approximate time of arrival and the team will contact you direct if they are delayed by traffic. We also like to give our team a name of who to deal with on site, so they can answer any questions that may arise.

When we arrive our team will introduce themselves so you will know who you are dealing with on site. Our team of professional team will work to complete as quickly as possible and leave the site clean and tidy.

Delays

We require you to keep us informed of the site preparations and tell us of any delays you may have. This is so we can change delivery dates and work schedules. This is important to us both as we may have to charge you for any delay that disrupts our work schedules.

After Care Service
