Whether you’re looking to revamp or expand your current livery yard or you just want your first stable at home, we can help design and create the perfect building for you.
At Oakley Stables & Fine Timber Buildings we know that sometimes a stable isn’t enough, so when you need just that little bit more we’re able to incorporate an office to work in, a garage for your horsebox or to keep your machinery protected & even a built in hay store.
All of our stables, whether mobile or permanent, include installation by our team of experts. Our stables are usually installed onto a concrete base with a single course of brickwork. We will provide a detailed, to-scale, drawing of the brickwork required as standard.

100x47mm C16 Grade Studwork and minimum size of roof structure
Ex.19x150mm Shiplap cladding to exterior
900mm overhang with black upvc guttering to the front
Half lined walls with 12mm exterior grade hardwood ply
MOBILE STABLES
PORTABLE STABLES FOR EASE AND COMFORT
Our mobile stables are a great alternative to static stables as they do not require groundwork and there is often no need for planning permission.
Our mobile stables are adapted to sit on our 100x100mm heavy duty steel skids that are fabricated at our workshop.
That being said these are the only differences between our static and mobile stables, so you get the same strength and security but with a stable that can be towed.
